A natural progesterone cream for relief of symptoms and totally restores balance. Wise Women Essentials Wild Yam and Progesterone +. It is a liposome s anti-oxidant cream with 500 mg per ounce of UPS natural progesterone. It also contains additional extracts of chaste tree berry, phytoestrogens wild yam, black cohosh, dong quai, licorice, vitamins A, C, and E, jojoba oil, squalane and allantoin. Fragrance and paraben free.
Made to Dr. John Lee s recommended amount of progesterone described in his book of 22-25 mg per press, with 70 presses per pump. Apply 1/4 tsp = one press in pump.

The air tight container may need to be primed (or pressed) up to about 10 times to release any extra air prior to first use. The bottom can be removed to gently push up the piston to active the pump too.
