Sourced from the beautiful crimson red Wild Rata trees native to the remote, protected, high elevation areas of New Zealands South Island. Bees gather the Rata nectar from the southwest coast National Park rainforest regions making Rata a very unique, rare honey. This usually light coloured, thick and creamy honey is free from GMOs, pesticides, preservatives, additives and antibiotics.
